PROCESSING TIMES: 

Please note that because of an increase in orders, our current processing time is between 3-5 business days, sometimes faster depending on the amount of orders in QUE. Also, when placing an order with us via our website, you are acknowledging that you ARE aware of our processing times. Processing time does not include the time it takes UPS to deliver your package to your door. We take the time to carefully make each product when it is ordered making sure you get the QUALITY you're paying for, and we can assure you it is worth the wait.


Once you've placed an order, we CANNOT cancel or refund it. We appreciate your understanding. We will make every effort to process and ship orders as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that the processing times we mentioned are based on business days (Monday to Friday). Thank you.


We highly encourage you to sign up for a FREE customer account. There you can login and check the status of your order. You will also receive tracking information via email.


PRIVACY STATEMENT: 

Miss Vees Candles wants you to know that we take your privacy seriously. We have put in place different measures to keep your personal information safe and secure. This includes physical, electronic, and managerial processes. We will not share or sell your email address or any other personal information. Your privacy matters to us, and we appreciate your business and trust.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
Please be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If, by any chance, you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you have the option to request a credit within 3 business days from the delivery date. To process your claim, we will REQUIRE proof by photos of the damaged items, which will be used to file a claim with UPS. In certain instances, we may also need YOU TO RETURN the item to us. Kindly note that we cannot provide reimbursement for any shipping costs incurred. Only after we have received the returned items, and upon confirmation of the damage or defect, will we credit your account or provide a coupon for the equivalent amount. Please ensure that the validity of your claim has to be confirmed before any further action can be taken.


We must inform you that due to the individuality and handcrafted nature of our products, no two candles are identical. While we strive to reproduce the appearance depicted on our website, it is important to understand that our candles are meticulously crafted by our dedicated team. We Hand-Pour each candle with care, putting our heart and soul into creating a distinctive and extraordinary product specifically for you. Please bear in mind that we are not automated machines mass-producing identical candles.


We want to make it clear that we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal fragrance preferences or perceived strength of the fragrance. It is important to recognize the concept of cure time, as the scent of the wax may intensify with additional curing. If you find that the fragrance is not strong enough upon delivery, we strongly recommend allowing it more time to cure.

To mitigate any uncertainties regarding a particular scent, we suggest ordering an OIL SAMPLE first, to see if you like that particular scent. In the event that you received a damaged product, please contact us via email stating your order Number on the subject line.


SUMMER HEAT & SHIPPING:
Here at Miss Vees Candles we do everything we can to ensure that your candles arrive to you in perfect condition even during the hot summer months. In all our years of shipping scented candles in the summer months, rarely have we ever had an issue. However, UPS will not reimburse for melted candles so, with that in mind please understand that Miss Vees Candles will not be held liable for melted candles. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but also know that we do everything we can to wrap and package to withstand the warmer summer temps.

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order, to avoid your GOODIES from sitting outside for an extended time.



GIFT CARDS | GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Unfortunately we DO NOT combine gift cards | gift certificates that are purchased from our website. One gift card | gift certificate per order is all our system will allow.

GIFT WRAPPING:

We do not offer Gift Wrapping.


CHANGES OR ADDITION TO ORDERS:
Please be sure your order is complete and JUST how you want it, we CANNOT make changes or add to orders once they have been processed and finalized. There can be no exceptions to this rule, thank you for understanding! Once an order has been placed and processed we are unable to cancel that order. Sure we're here to provide GREAT PRODUCTS & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, but this is what works for us.


WHAT IS SUREPOST?
SurePost is an economical shipping alternative on low-weight packages offered through UPS, SurePost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes.

UPS SurePost is a cost-effective means of shipping low-weight packages to residential customers. Transit times are typically 2 to 10 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. Please be aware, while this is an economical way of shipping low-weight packages, it does take a few more days for your order to arrive.

Also, be aware that there is no insurance with SurePost, if a package is lost, UPS will rarely reimburse for lost packages or even attempt to find them. Miss Vees Candles is not to be held responsible if your order leaves our facility via SurePost shipping. Shipping Surepost is done solely at the risk of the purchaser. We have no way of tracking shipments that are shipped this way therefore we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing shipments. If you are unwilling to accept these risks please order using UPS Surepost as your shipping method. We cannot be responsible for any damage, late deliveries or loss packages shipped via Surepost, your purchase signifies your acceptance of these policies.

If a SurePost package is sent back to Miss Vees Candles due to the address being incorrect the customer will be charged the return shipping cost and the cost of re-shipping said order. Please make very sure your address is correct prior to checking out.

NOTE: If you are shipping your order to a P.O Box, please be sure to choose SurePost as your shipping method, UPS Ground will not deliver to a P.O Box. Orders over $100.00 that ship free, please enter an actual physical address.



SHIPPING COSTS:
We currently ship to the US only. We no longer offer any international shipping.

With sky rocketing shipping rates, it is important to take the time to determine what will be the cheapest, yet quickest way to get your items.

Please understand we have no control over the shipping rates that UPS charges, we do NOT tack on additional handling fees, nor do we inflate the shipping costs. The fees you are quoted are what they quote us per our discounted rates that we pass on to our customers.

Shipping charges are calculated per size, weight, shipping option and delivery location. If you would like to find out which shipping options are available and the cost prior to placing your order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and the option to calculate shipping will appear.

Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

UPS Ground and SurePost tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to the email address used when setting up your account or the email address you used if checking out as a guest.

As soon as your order ships, we will notify you via e-mail. You can also track your package, review your orders, print invoices and more from your "My Account" page at any time.
